Abby Davisson
Abby Davisson is an expert in solving for multiple bottom lines, a skill she honed first as a social impact leader and now as an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Prior to launching the Money and Love Institute, she spent nearly a decade at global retailer Gap Inc., where she served as president of the Gap Foundation and a senior executive on the ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) team. Abby also co-founded the company’s employee resource group for working parents. Abby’s prior professional experience includes strategy-focused roles across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including at Tipping Point Community, the NYC Department of Education, and The Bridgespan Group. She’s also served as an alumni career advisor and coach at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Abby holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University. She lives with her husband (who also studied with Myra at Stanford), their two sons, and an energetic puppy in San Francisco.

Myra Strober
Senior Advisor
Myra Strober is a labor economist and Professor Emerita at the School of Education and Professor Emerita of Economics at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Myra’s research and consulting focus on the economics of work and family and gender issues at the workplace and home. She was the founding director of the Stanford Center for Research on Women (now the Clayman Institute for Gender Research) and the first chair of the National Council for Research on Women (now part of the International Center for Research on Women). Myra holds a BS degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, an MA in economics from Tufts University, and a Ph.D. in economics from MIT. She was married to Sam Strober and Jay Jackman (both now deceased) and has two children, three stepchildren, and six grandchildren.
